Rudrali Polycrystalline Diamond/Cubic Boron Nitrate (PCD/CBN) Tools are exceptionally resistant to wear compared to tungsten carbide or ceramic tools. In certain applications, Rudrali PCD/CBN tools are many times more durable than carbide tools and at the same time give excellent surface finish. Rudrali PCD/CBN tooling can be used in a wide range of machining operations such as milling grooving, turning, facing and boring. PCD are recommended for machining non-ferrous metals and abrasive non-metals and CBN for Ferrous metals. We also make PCD/ CBN Tools as per Cusomer's specification other than standard designs.
